Swiss Chard
Swiss chard is an extremely good source of vitamin A and some other minerals such as iron, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, sodium and calcium. But compared to raw Swiss chard, vitamin and mineral contents get reduced when chard is cooked by boiling.
